Lone Star Answers costs $400/month.

Assumes 30% of answered calls convert to booked jobs. A conservative estimate for home service trades. The AI answers calls and captures leads. You close the jobs. This calculator does not claim the AI generates revenue on its own.

How It Works

How my pricing works.

01

One-time setup fee.

Covers the discovery call, custom agent configuration, test calls, and the first week of close monitoring. I don't take payment for setup until you've heard the agent in action and approved it going live.

02

Monthly service fee.

Covers ongoing call handling, weekly script tuning during the first month, monthly tuning after that, performance reports, and the fact that I'm one phone call away when something needs adjusting. Unlimited calls. I don't bill per minute.

03

Month-to-month.

No long-term contracts. 30-day notice to cancel. The setup fee is non-refundable once I begin configuration work, but the monthly service is cancel-anytime.

Why I'm Not the Cheapest

What you're actually paying for.

There are AI receptionist platforms out there for $29 to $99 a month. They're real products. If you want to spend 15–30 hours setting up your own platform, writing your own scripts, testing it yourself, and fixing it when something breaks. For that budget, they're a fine deal.

I'm for contractors who don't want to do any of that.

When you hire me, you're not buying software. You're buying the work: the configuration, the testing, the monitoring, the script updates, the local accountability. You're buying a real person in Houston who picks up when you call.

If your time is worth more than $50/hour, and for contractors it is, the math works out cheaper than DIY in the first month alone.

FAQ

Pricing questions, answered.

The risk to you is small.

Month-to-month. 30-day money-back on the monthly fee.

If at the end of your first 30 days you don't think it's worth it, I refund that month's service fee and shut it down. No argument.

The setup fee is non-refundable once I start configuration work. That covers real hours I've already put in building your specific agent. But the monthly is on me if it doesn't deliver.

The fastest way to find out if it's a fit is a 15-minute call.
