Privacy Policy

Lone Star Answers is a small business based in Houston, TX. We built this site to help contractors stop losing after-hours leads. We collect only what we need to follow up with you about the service — nothing more, nothing shady.

This page explains what we collect, why, and how to make us delete it if you want. If something here isn't clear, email us at hello@lonestaranswers.com and we'll answer in plain English.

When you fill out the waitlist form, we collect your first and last name, email address, business phone number, trade type, and optionally how many calls you miss per week. We do not collect payment information, social security numbers, or sensitive personal data. No tracking cookies. No advertising pixels. No analytics scripts.

One reason only: to contact you about setting up your demo and onboarding you as a client. We use your name, email, and phone to reach out within 24 hours of your submission. We will never sell your information, rent it, trade it, or use it to send you unrelated marketing. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will — immediately.

When you submit the form, your information is sent to Formspree, a third-party form processing service. Formspree stores your submission securely and delivers it to our inbox. They are a data processor acting on our behalf and are bound by their own Privacy Policy. This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts — when your browser downloads these fonts, Google receives your IP address and browser information as part of a standard web request. Beyond Formspree and Google Fonts, your data does not leave our inbox.

If you become a client, we retain your contact information for as long as the business relationship is active, plus 12 months after you stop using the service. If you never become a client, we delete your waitlist submission within 90 days of your initial contact.

You can ask us to see, fix, delete, or stop using your data at any time — for free, no questions asked. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@lonestaranswers.com with your request. We will respond within 5 business days.

This site is served over HTTPS. All form submissions travel to Formspree over an encrypted connection. We do not store form data on our own servers. No system is 100% secure, but we have taken reasonable steps to protect your information and will notify you promptly if we ever become aware of a breach.

If we ever change how we handle your data in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page and, if the change is significant, email anyone who submitted the waitlist form. The current version always lives at lonestaranswers.com/privacy.
